OUR MINISTRIES

 

Here are the ministries that our church currently has.  We are just waiting for you to join us and or start another.

Adult & Youth Choirs 
​

Beautiful voices coming together to glorify God and enhance the worship service.  Men, Women, boys & girls are welcomed.  

Clothing Closet 
​

Provides new and gently worn clothes for free to meet the needs of the community.

Couples Ministry

 

This ministry is for engaged and married couples to gather in fellowship and find support and encouragement in maintaining a vibrant Christ centered marriage.

Community Outreach 

 

Solid Rock hosts several activities to help, reach out and serve the community.  Some activities include:

  • Back to School Events

  • Feeding the Homeless

  • Prayer Walks

  • Summer Camps

  • Vacation Bible School

Hospitality

Provides a warm welcome of Christian love and friendliness to all visitors and members of the church in all services.

Praise Dance 

​

Our anointed dancers inspire, uplift and encourage while ushering in the presence of God through dance.  As they hold to the scripture Psalms 30:11 & 12, their aim is to win souls and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 

Sunday School

 

Assists the Pastor in the education of all members.  Held on Sundays @ 10am.

Youth

 

Geared towards the spiritual nurturing of all young people where they are encouraged to grow in their relationship with Jesus.  Youth Sundays are held every 5th Sunday where the youth lead the services as they will in the future.
